New release ACAP version 4.7

ACAP version 4.7 is compatible with AXIS OS 11.3 and in this version we have added:

• FastCGI as a supported API with an example​ on GitHub
• A new repository showing performance measurements of machine learning models deployed on Axis devices
   

We have also fixed bugs for:

• Dependencies for sqlite3 Python module
• Upgrading an ACAP application from a version using old configuration file package.conf to a version using new configuration file manifest.json
   

ACAP version 4.7 features; added dependencies for sqlite3 Python module, fix to upgrade an ACAP application from a version using old configuration file package.conf to a version using new configuration file manifest.json, added FastCGI as a supported API; created new repository showing performance measurements of machine learning models deployed on Axis devices.

Even if no supported device has been added in this release, we have corrected and refactored the list of supported products from past releases.
